Karen and Steve Johnston opened All About Automotive in October 2000 after years of watching friends and neighbors get surprised by repair bills they did not understand, from shops that did not take the time to explain what was wrong.
More than 25 years later, the same philosophy holds: explain what you find, give a fair price, do the work right. Steve leads the technical side. Karen runs operations, customer relations, and the blog that has helped tens of thousands of Oregonians understand their vehicles.
